Early morning crashes can be caused by a number of factors such as fatigue, distraction, and even intoxication. It’s really important that officers perform a detailed investigation of this crash so that the victim’s family can have answers as to what caused it. That process may involve filing an insurance claim and this can be difficult to manage while making final arrangements. Knowing how to navigate the process can be even more stressful. If this happens, an experienced Personal Injury Attorney can walk you through the process step-by-step and provide the support you need at a critical time. Regardless of what caused the wreck, the vehicle might not have performed properly when it burst into flames which could be the result of a product defect in the vehicle.
