This firm has been great since my family member was in an accident. She was hurt pretty badly and the other parties insurance was attempting to settle as fast as possible. This was before she even got to have a full evaluation on the depth of the injury! Well after checking multiple firms and having several consultations we decided on Tate. It was a good decision and one we dont regret! They have been amazing. My family member has gotten some the medical care they needed, the car was fixed, and they handle all the communications necessary with the other insurance and our own. Would work with them again if needed.

We started with this firm after a pretty bad accident. Since working with then we have been able to get our car fixed and medical care. If you or someone you love has been in a car accident, you need to call Claire Tate Rehmet, the Best Attorney in Texas.

She helped 3 of my friends get the maximum return from the insurance of the person that hit them. Little did I know that I would need her to represent me. I was stopped with my right blinker on and got rear-ended by a guy going 55 mph. It totaled my 3 year old SUV and my 18 year old Goddaughter and I were taken my Ambulance to TMC ER. The airbag didn’t go off since we were hit from behind, so although I had my seatbelt on I hit the steering wheel at the 55 mph the guy was driving. I suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury. Maria and I both suffered spine injuries. Our medical bills were over 70K.

Of course the other insurance said they were not responsible, since the driver wasn’t on the policy. Well, they didn’t know that they were up against Claire Tate Rehmet, the Best Attorney in Texas.
